Raise the Bar at Home with Emma

1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer in their lifetime. Emma is 1 in 8.

Emma was diagnosed with DCIS breast cancer almost two years ago, AFTER opting for a lumpectomy. She has been a consistent participant in the Barbells for Boobs RAD community for over a year.

It's no secret that Covid-19 has impacted all of us and, in this video, Emma reminds us all that mental strength is just as (if not more) important than the physical and that community support can carry us through any trial or tribulation.

"The recovery journey is about getting up, getting moving, and being involved."

- Emma

Watch Emma's video below and find out a little bit more about what Barbells for Boobs is doing to take action in breast cancer.
