Our Work
Resources After Diagnosis
Existing data indicates that physical activity is safe and effective for cancer patients both during and after treatment. Physical activity is shown to have significant positive impact on the side effects of cancer, including symptoms of depression, anxiety, insomnia, pain, and cancer related fatigue.

The Problem
There is a lack of education and resources about the significant benefits of physical activity, specifically as it relates to women impacted by breast cancer.

Our Vision
We believe that physical activity is the most proactive step towards improving a woman’s quality of life.

The Mission
We provide women of all ages with the tools they need to move daily.
Our Approach
Our strategy to improve a woman’s life after diagnosis is through physical activity, support, and education. All programs are overseen by our Medical Advisory Board and professional team.

Physical Activity
Increasing physical activity among women impacted by breast cancer. We do this by providing access to daily workouts and an APP to track physical performance. We also provide a RAD coach to hold participants accountable to succeed in moving daily.

Support
Connecting like-minded women after breast cancer by providing them with critical community driven support such as access to our private facebook peer to peer group, virtual fitness and support classes, and weekly community activities, ultimately building confidence and connection.

Education
Providing educational resources on exercise oncology, nutrition, and mental health as they pertain to breast cancer. We provide exercise programming, assessments, and movement modifications for women impacted by breast cancer, an Education Library, and The Behind the Bra Podcast.
